Jessica and Grace are amazing. Huge help and always on top of it for me and my crew. They take care of everything for us. Rooms are clean and if you do have issues they get them taken care of right away. Can’t ask for anyone one better then those two.
I had a great experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and made check-in smooth and pleasant. The lobby had a fresh, clean scent that gave a great first impression. My room was updated, modern, and comfortable. I also really appreciated the Dove bath products.
Stayed for a night while visiting Kings canyon. The room was little big, plenty of space from the bed to the TV. Not sure why. Breakfast is ok, typical. Room was clean. Bathroom tub wasn't draining the water well. Was standing on my own filthy water while taking shower. To be fair to the hotel, I didn't complain to the staff. I was about to check out. What is the point
Great location. Nice room - pillow options for your comfort (neither was great for me personally, though); in room coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board; relatively quiet. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. One elevator was out of service; nice stairwells.
My daughter and I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Visalia, CA, for two nights on 7/18 and 7/19, and we enjoyed our stay. We used the hotel as our home base to visit the nearby Sequoia National Park, which was about 50 minutes or so away. The hotel was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were great and soft. We had two beds in our room as well as a mini fridge. The hotel had a swimming pool, fitness room, and self-service guest laundry. The hotel had a great breakfast each day. The breakfast included: Cereal Toast, English muffins Oatmeal Fruit Scrambled eggs, sausage, omelets, and potatos Yogurt Apple, orange juice, coffee, tea, and water Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful as well.
For the price, this hotel checks all the boxes. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location with access to lots of local places, and comfortable rooms and beds. This is my second time staying here and I would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 days it was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bedding and towels were clean. For breakfast they have a variety of foods to choose from to eat. Great place to stay near Sequoia/Kings canyon National Park.
1st time on this side of town so iam new to the area Grace was super nice and very professional on checking me in that day and Monica was very cheery and happy when it came to her job and Jessica was very accommodating just wanted to thank you ladies for making my stay a pleasant one keep up the great job
